First VIAO smartphone to be unveiled on March 12
Japanese communication in collaboration with VAIO (now an independent company) has announced that it will be presenting its first smartphone on March 12.
The VAIO handset with model number JCI VA-10J which is expected to be announced appeared on GFXbenchmark listing.
According to the listing, the handset will feature 5-inch display with 1280x720 pixels screen resolution. It will be powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor
(Cortex A53 - ARMv7), clocked at 1.2GHz and paired with Adreno 306 GPU. It packs 2GB RAM and houses 16GB internal storage. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.

It will be equipped with 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera.
Connectivity options include Single-SIM support, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi.
