Two new Microsoft devices - Lumia 640 and Lumia 635 (with 1GB RAM) surfaces online
Two new unannounced Microsoft Lumia handset made the rounds online - Lumia 640 and Lumia 635 with a higher RAM.
The first device Lumia 640 with model number RM-1109 was spotted in Brazil's regulatory agency, Anatel. The document revealed that the device will be a dual SIM smartphone that sports integrated digital television and support 3G and Bluetooth 4.0. It also revealed the accessories list of the Lumia 640 which include AC-20B charger, T5C BV battery model and WH108 headset.
Coming to its specs, the Lumia 640 features 5-inch display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor , 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 8.7-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 0.9-megapixel front facing camera, LTE, NFC and wireless charging support. It is backed by 2500mAh battery. The device could be priced around $275
The second Microsoft device is a refreshed edition of Lumia 635. It packs 1GB RAM. The device appeared in Telenor's website in Hungary. A number of ROMS was discovered on Microsoft' sever which is for a variety of carriers that include Telekom, SFR, Movistar, TIM, Wind and more.
The Microsoft Lumia 635 (1GB version) and Lumia 640 is likely to be announced at MWC 2015, Barcelona where Microsoft is scheduled for an event on March 2.
