Last month ZTE launched the Nubia Z9 Max and Nubia Z9 Mini in China. However, Android tech blog, AndroidOS citing credible sources claims that ZTE is most likely to introduce the nubia Z9 Mini in the country.

The nubia Z9 mini features 5-inch full HD display, 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and 2GB RAM. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with Nubia 2.8 UI on top. The smartphone comes with 16GB internal storage and microSD card slot. Camera department is handled by 16-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front facing camera.

ZTE's nubia will be joining other Chinese smartphone makers Xiaomi, Vivo, Huawei, Gionee to claim the top spot in the Indian market. Meizu and Coolpad have also announced they will be entering the Indian market soon.
