Nexus 6P presentation leak confirms design, specs, and colors
A leaked presentation of the Huawei Nexus 6P confirms the design, specs, color variants and additional information of the handset. The presentation was designed for internal training purposes.
The slide confirms that Nexus 6P will sport an all-metal body and weigh 178g. The handset features 5.7-inch WQHD display, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and is equipped with Snapdragon 810 v2.1 with Adreno 430 GPU. There is also dual front stereo speakers, USB Type-C connector, fingerprint sensor on the back and a 3450mAh battery.
The Nexus 6P will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow and will feature Google's new Now on Tap, App permissions, fingerprint support and improved battery life.
The slide also hints that the Nexus 6P will have an improved rear camera. The text says that the camera offers "better images under low-light conditions" which probably means a low f-stop (aperture) value.
The Nexus 6P will be available in three storage models-32GB, 64GB, and 128GB and come in aluminum, graphite, frost, and gold colors, with the gold color being exclusive to Japan initially.
The Huawei Nexus 6P will be unveiled on Google's September 29 event along with LG Nexus 5X.
