Chuwi Hi12 dual boot 12-inch tablet coming soon


China based tablet maker Chuwi has been making dual OS tablets capable of running Android and Windows for quite some time. The brand is working on a new tablet dubbed Chuwi Hi12 which will come with dual boot capabilities.

First Chuwi will release Hi12 with Windows 10, followed by a dual boot (Windows 10 + Android 5.1 Lollipop) model. The tablet will sport a 12-inch 2160 x 1440 display and powered by Intel's X5 Cherry Trail Z8300 processor (max clock speed 1.8GHz) paired with Intel's 8th gen graphic chip, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage further expandable via microSD card.

It will be equipped with 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front facing camera. It will be fueled by a massive 11,000mAh battery. The tablet has a USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and Micro USB 2.0 ports.

The Chuwi Hi12 will be available sometime in January 2016. It comes in Champagne Gold and Space Gray color.
