HTC A16 (Desire 530) specs surface, suggests entry level phone

Yesterday, Evan Blass shared render image of HTC's upcoming desire series smartphone A16 , but did not provide details on its specification. Now HTC ROM developer @LlabTooFeR has revealed the possible specifcation of the A16.

The HTC A16 specs include 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display, Snapdragon 210 SoC with Adreno 304 GPU, 1.5GB RAM, 8GB internal storage (expandable via microSD card), 8MP rear camera (w/ LED flash, BSI sensor, 720p video recording), 5MP front snapper, 4G LTE and 2200mAh battery. It will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with HTC Sense 7.0 on top.

It's worth mentioning that, @LlabTooFeR had previously revealed that HTC will announce two new Desire series smartphone - one each in 500 series and 800 series  codenamed A16 and A56 respectively before the launch of One M10. Also, a Desire 500 series device, the Desire 530 popped up on Dutch retailer website, which was later claimed to be the A16.

The HTC A16 (Desire 530) is expected to be priced around 190 Euros ($207 | Rs. 14,000). We can expect HTC to launch the A6 (Desire 530) and the Desire 800 series smartphone at MWC 2016.
