Alcatel Idol Pro 4 Windows 10 Mobile handset leaks in press render
Alcatel is gearing up to release a Windows 10 Mobile handset, the Idol Pro 4, which is said to be a Windows 'Superphone' with support for Continuum.
The handset has shown itself in leaked renders and appears to be the Windows 10 Mobile version of the Android Marshmallow running Alcatel Idol 4S, as it has a similar design, being made out of glass and metal and featuring front-facing LED flash.
The specs are not known, but according to rumor mill the Idol Pro 4 will pack high-end hardware inside, including 6-inch 1080p or 2K display, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 SoC, 64GB internal storage, 4GB RAM, 22MP rear camera and 10MP front facing camera.
To recall, the Android Marshmallow based Idol 4S comes with 5.5-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 652 SoC, 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt expandable storage, 16MP rear camera w/ LED flash, 8MP front facing camera w/ LED and 3000mAh battery.
Assuming that, the Idol Pro 4 will be launched in the near future, it will become Alcatel's second Windows 10 Mobile after the OneTouch Fierce XL, which is available in the U.S from T-Mobile for $139.99. It also had an Android version.
