One of the emerging brand in smartphone market LeEco, credited with introducing the world's first Snapdragon 820 powered phone, is reportedly working on the successor to the super phone, Le 1s, in the form of Le 2. A couple of images said to be that of Le 2 has hit the inter-webs, along with specifications.
The image shows the Le 2 with the new LeEco branding, that will replace the LeTV logo at the rear panel. The phone will have a fingerprint scanner on the back, that is square in shape, and is reported to be an ultrasonic one.
On the bottom there is USB Type-C port sitting between the speaker grill present on either side of the device. The Le 2 will have a metal body and the rear panel will have a patterned design.
The source says that the Le 2 will be equipped with Snapdragon 820 SoC or Media Helio X20 SoC and come with 4GB RAM, 21-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash. Other rumors say that the phone will have 64GB internal storage, 4MP front camera, bigger battery capacity and iris scanner (scans eye for authentication).
