Reliance Jio website go live, starts taking network trail registrations

Reliance Jio's highly anticipated 4G services  haven't seen a commercial roll out yet, but now it appears the launch could happen soon. Jio's official website Jio.com is now live and have started taking registrations from interested people for network trails.

Those who are interested to join the 4G trails, have to share details like name, email address, contact number, state and city. After the registration process is complete, a company representative will get in touch with you.

According to Telecomtalk, Jio is planning to rope in around 25 lakh beta testers under preview offer, who will get unlimiter data, calls, and SMS for three months. They will also get access to Jio's exclusive content and apps.

The Jio.com website mentions the highlights of Jio's upcoming 4G services, but the tariff plans of the service is not known at the moment. In addition the site lists various Reliance Jio apps namely MyJio, MyChat, JioPlay, JioOnDemand, JioBeats, JioMags, JioXpressNews, JioDrive, JioJoin, JioMoney and JioSecurity. All these apps are now available for download on Google's Play Store and Apple's App Store.

To recall, Jio Infocomm launched the 4G services for its employees in December last year, and just extended its services to public last month via employee-driven invite system. The 4G services are expected to kick off commercially in the second half of this year.
