vivo X7 gets certified by China's TENAA ahead of June 30 unveiling


Ahead of the June 30 announcement, the vivo X7 has been certified by China's Telecommunication authority TENAA, outing the complete specs. Unfortunately, the listing does not contain product shots of the X7.

As per TENAA, the vivo X7 will have 5.2-inch 1080p AMOLED display, 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 652 SoC w/ Adreno 510 GPU, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 16MP front camera, fingerprint scanner and 3000mAh battery. The body will be 7.22mm thin and weigh 151g. Color options include champagne gold, pink gold, gold, and rose gold.

vivo has already been teasing the the X7 for quite some time. According to the teasers, the X7 will have a metal body design, fingerprint scanner integrated into home button and front facing flash. vivo is marketing the phone as a selfie-centric smartphone.

In addition to X7, vivo will also unveil a more powerful variant X7 Plus, which is rumored to come with Helio X25 SoC, 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. 

The vivo X7 is rumored to be priced at CNY 2698 ($410 | Rs. 27,500), but we shall know if it is true soon.
