First video teaser of Galaxy Note7 is out, highlights key features

Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy Note7 on August 2. Now just a few days before the unveiling, Samsung has released the first video teaser of the Galaxy Note7, highlighting key features like fingerprint scanner, iris scanner, dual curved display, a new S-Pen and Waterproof design.

The teaser ends with numerical numbers that goes from 1 to 5, followed by question mark in place of last number, and zooms out to no, which indicates Samsung will skip the Note6 branding in favor of Note7. The reason is to bring the Galaxy Note family in line with Galaxy S family, to unify product portfolio to avoid confusion. Samsung had revealed this name, while announcing the unpacked event as well.

The Samsung Galaxy Note7 is expected to go on sale on the same day of the launch in select countries. Last week, Samsung started taking pre-orders for Galaxy Note 7 in Dubai. Customers has to deposit AED 500 (Rs. 9,000) and were entitled to a free 128GB microSD card upon release.
