LG X5, X Skin with Android Marshmallow, 4G LTE announced
LG has expanded its mid-range 'X' series of smartphone with the X5 and X Skin. The phones have dual SIM slot, supports 4G LTE, runs Android Marshmallow and sports a slim light-weight body.
The LG X5 comes with 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal expandable storage (up to 32GB microSD card). There's 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. For connectivity there's 4G LTE, NFC, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. It is fueled by 2800mAh battery.
The LG X Skin features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1.5GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt expandable storage, 8-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, 4G LTE, NFC and 2100mAh battery.
LG has launched both handsets in Korea along with the X Power, that was unveiled last month. The LG X5 is priced at 200,000 Korean won ($173 | Rs. 11,675), while the LG X Skin costs 231,000 Korean won ($200 | Rs. 13,500).
