Moto E3 Power with 3500mAh battery goes on sale in Hong Kong, India launch expected soon

Last month Motorola introduced the successor of the Moto E2, the Moto E3 with splash-proof design and upgraded specs. Now the brand has silently launched a variant of Moto E3 called Moto E3 Power in Hong Kong.

As the name suggests, the Moto E3 Power packs a massive 3500mAh battery and also supports quick charging via 10W quick charger, as compared to 2800mAh battery on the Moto E3. Apart from the battery the rest of the specs are similar to Moto E3.

The Moto E3 Power has 5-inch 720p IPS display, quad-core MediaTek MT6735P SoC, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 8MP rear camera w/ LED flash, 5MP front camera, 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots and Android Marshmallow.

The Moto E3 Power is priced at HK$ 1098 ($141 | 9500), which is slightly higher than the regular Moto E3 which costs $132 (Rs. 9,000).

Additionally, according to India's import/export tracking website Zauba, the Moto E3 or E3 Power with model number XT1706 was recetly imported in India, so we can expect the phone to launch in the country in the coming weeks.
