Xiaomi Mi Max Prime with Snapdragon 652, 4GB RAM goes on sale in India starting October 17


Back in June, Xiaomi launched the huge 6.44-inch Mi Max in India in two variants: one with Snapdragon 650/3GB RAM/ 32GB storage and the other featuring Snapdragon 652/4GB RAM/ 128GB storage.

Initially, only the SD 650/3GB RAM/32GB storage version was made available in the country for Rs. 14,999, and now the company has announced the the other version featuring SD652/4GB RAM/128GB storage version will go on sale as well.

Xiaomi is calling it Mi Max Prime and will start selling it from October 17 via Mi.com, the same day when the company is holding Mi Diwali Festival. As announced earlier the price is Rs. 19,999.

Apart from the processor, RAM and storage, the rest of the specs will be similar to the standard version. These include 6.44-inch 1080p display, 16MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, hybrid dual-SIM slots, fingerprint scanner 4G VoLTE, MIUI 8 based Android Marshmallow and 4850mAh battery.

  1. New Xiaomi Mi Max Prime smartphone was launched in June 2016. The phone comes with a 6.44-inch touchscreen display with 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM.
