OnePlus 3 sales discontinued in the US and Europe

Following the launch of Snapdragon 821 powered OnePlus 3T, the OnePlus 3 went out of stock in the official U.S, UK and European stores. However, OnePlus support confirmed the OnePlus 3 will be back in stock soon, without giving any details about availability. Now it appears that OnePlus will not be selling OnePlus 3 anymore.

According to a new report OnePlus has discontinued sales of OnePlus 3 in favour of the newer model in the U.S and European market. This comes as a surprise, as OnePlus was released in June and is only five months old. Moreover, the OnePlus 3 is still getting lot of praises and being considered as a flagship killer.

The OnePlus 3T will go on sale in the U.S and Europe starting November 22 and November 28 respectively starting at $439 for the 64GB model and $479 for the 128GB model.

A quick look at Amazon India website, the Soft Gold and Graphite color version of OnePlus 3 is still in stock. That being said OnePlus has not yet revealed when OnePlus 3T launches in the country, so it is most likely that OnePlus 3 will be in stock, until OnePlus 3T arrives.

The OnePlus 3T is an upgraded version of OnePlus 3 with Snapdragon 821 processor, 16MP front camera, additional 128GB storage version, a bigger 3400mAh battery and a new Gunmetal color option The rest of the specs and design of OnePlus 3T is identical to OnePlus 3.
