Soft Gold OnePlus 3T to go on sale in India starting January 5

The OnePlus 3T went on sale in India earlier this month in the new Gunmetal Grey hue for Rs. 34,999, while the Soft Gold version release was due for a later date.

Today, OnePlus has announced that the Soft Gold OnePlus 3T will be available exclusively on Amazon India next month. The brand will hold an Amazon app-only sale on January 5 for the Soft Gold version, for which registration have already kicked off and will continue till January 3.

From January 6, the Soft Gold OnePlus 3T will be available on open sale without registration via Amazon India. This version will only be available with 64GB storage and carries price tag of Rs. 29,999.

To refresh, the OnePlus 3T is a souped up version of OnePlus 3 equipped with a faster Snapdragon 821 processor, improved 16MP Samsung 3P8SP front camera and a bigger 3400mAh battery. 

Other specs remain same including 5.5-inch Full HD display, 6GB RAM, 16MP Sony IMX298 rear camera, Dual-SIM slots, fingerprint scanner, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, NFC and USB Type-C. It ships with Android Marshmallow but is expected to get Android Nougat soon.
