Samsung reveals list of devices that will get Nougat next
After rolling out Android Nougat to Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung has now revealed the list of devices, next in line to receive the update. Nougat will hit six smartphones and two tablets within the first half of 2017.
Here's the list of Samsung devices that will get Nougat update:
A few devices from the Galaxy A 2016 line up (Galaxy A5, Galaxy A7, Galaxy A9, Galaxy A9 Pro), Galaxy C series and the budget Galaxy J series smartphone are not listed in the update list. However, it is likely they will be added in the near future.

- Galaxy A3 (2016)
- Galaxy A8 (2016)
- Galaxy Tab A with S Pen
- Galaxy Tab S2 LTE (unlocked)
Samsung has also detailed the new features, that will come with Nougat update including quick panel notifications with integrated S Finder and Direct Reply support, Always-On display, multi-window, Performance Mode to extend battery life and enhance speed and Samsung Pass.
