ZTE Blade A610 Plus with 5000mAh battery likely to launch on February 3 in India
ZTE will soon bring a new battery-centric budget smartphone to the Indian market. The Chinese smartphone maker has scheduled an event on February 3 to launch Blade A610 Plus in the country. The company did not directly reveal the name of the smartphone, but the partial teaser showing the rear of a smartphone, resembles Blade A610 Plus. ZTE also touts that the phone will boast impressive design and battery life.
The specifications of ZTE Blade A610 Plus is no secret, as it was introduced in Russia last year, so the model coming to India will feature the same spec sheet. The phone packs a beefy 5000mAh battery, which is the USP of the device, promising three days of battery life, and comes with metal unibody design and rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Blade A610 Plus will have 5.5-inch Full HD 2.5D curved glass display, octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor (w/ Mali T860 GPU), 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage. The camera at the back is a 13MP unit featuring dual-LED flash and PDAF, and 8MP front camera also accompanied by LED flash. Other features include hybrid dual-SIM slots, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and fast charging.
The Blade A610 Plus carries a price tag equivalent of Rs. 17,000 in international market. Considering the specs, the Blade A2 Plus will receive tough competition from Lenovo P2, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Honor 6X.
