Nokia 3310 makes a comeback with improved design and color display


Nokia's iconic feature phone, the Nokia 3310, which was launched back in 2000, and sold almost 126 million units is making a comeback.

HMD Global at MWC 2017, Barcelona has announced the new Nokia 3310 with a color display and an improved design coated with four peppy colors including Warm Red and Yellow with glossy finish, and Dark Blue and Grey with matte finish.

The new Nokia 3310 is designed to meet 2017's standard and features slimmer body, refreshed UI and 2.4-inch polarized QVGA display, which offers better readability under sunlight. It comes with 2MP rear camera with LET flash, 16MB internal storage, microSD card slot, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth. The phone packs 1200mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to a month of standby time, and up to 22 hours talk time.

It also comes pre-loaded with Opera Mini for web browsing and the popular Snake Game, with slightly enhanced graphics optimized for the color display.

The new Nokia 3310 is priced at 49 Euros (Rs. 3,500) and will be available in Q2, 2017.
