Other specs mentioned in the leak unclude IP68 for water and dust resistance, 4G LTE, Samsung Pay support, Iris scanner, Wireless charging (charging pad sold separately), Samsung Knox, and bundled earphone tuned by AKG.

Although not mentioned, the Samsung Galaxy S8+ will be powered by Snapdragon 835 and Exynos 8895 chip depending on the market, and run Android Nougat out of the box. It is also expected to come with rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Samsung's own AI assistant, Bixby, which is capable of linking to third party apps and perform visual searches.
