Samsung Galaxy S8 leaked in live images

A day after official looking press render of Galaxy S8 leaked online courtesy Evan Blass, a handful of live images of Samsung's next flagship has hit the interwebs, showing the front, side, top and bottom part, leaving the rear side out.

Again the new live images, are in line with previous leaks, and reveals the minimal bezels on top and bottom of the edge-to-edge display, just like LG's G6 but with curves on left and right side and rounds on the sides. The phone does not have a fingerprint sensor, and as per previous leaks, it will be placed at the back beside the rear camera. At the bottom the there's the speaker grille, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack, while on the front we can see the cameras sensor and iris scanner. On the left side there's volume rockers and most likely have the button to bring up smart voice assistant Bixby. The power button is on the side.

The Galaxy S8+ is expected to have a similar design as the Galaxy S8, but get a bigger screen size of 6.2-inch, compared to 5.8-inch of the Galaxy S8. The battery capacity will also be different on both device. The Galaxy S8 is rumored to pack 3000mAh battery, while the Galaxy S8+ will have 3500mAh battery. Apart from these, the rest of the specs will most likely remain the same.

The Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will feature QHD+ Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 835/Exynos 8895 (depending on the market), 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 12MP Dual Pixel cameras (same as Galaxy S7 edge, but with tweaks), 8MP front camera, microSD card slot, dual-SIM slots, water resistant body (IP68 rating) and Samsung's new virtual assistant Bixby.

Samsung at MWC earlier this week announced that Galaxy S8 will be officially unveiled on March 29.
