Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), Galaxy J7 (2017) renders, pricing and specs leaked
Samsung is expected to introduce the 2017 edition of Galaxy J lineup. The South Korean tech giant has already launched the Galaxy J3 (2017) in the US, while the Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017) are yet to be released.
Now the Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017) has been leaked up in press renders, along with specs and pricing details courtesy of Roland Quandt. Earlier both devices were spotted on various bench-marking websites and have received Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certifications.
As seen in the render, the Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017) gets a premium look, thanks to the full metal body. They also have fingerprint sensor baked into the home button.
According to the source, the Galaxy J5 (2017) will feature 5.2-inch HD display and will be powered by 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 chip with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which can be increased via microSD card. It will comes with 13MP f/1.7 rear camera and 13MP f/1.9 front facing camera with LED flash. It will support 4G LTE, VoLTE, and VoWiFi, Bluetooth, WiFi, and runs the latest Android Nougat software. It will be fueled by 3000mAh battery.
The Galaxy J7 (2017), on the other hand has a bigger 5.5-inch Full HD display, and comes with 3GB RAM and a beefy 3600mAh battery. The rest of the specs are identical to Galaxy J5 (2017).
The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017) are expected to land in Europe soon carrying a price tag of 279 euros ($310 | Rs. 20,000) and 339 euros ($376 | Rs. 24,000) respectively.
