Airtel slashes 4G Hotspot dongle price to Rs. 999

Airtel has permanently slashed the price of its 4G hotspot dongle by Rs. 501. The device was earlier priced at Rs. 1,500, but is now available at just Rs. 999. At the new price the 4G hotspot dohngle will be available at all leading Airtel retail stores across the country. It will also be available on Amazon India soon.

The Airtel 4G hotspot dongle lets you connect multiple device like smartphones, laptops, tablets and TV, and promises up to six hours of battery life on mixed usage. The dongle is capable of connecting up to 10 devices at a time.

Customers need to have an Airtel 4G SIM to use the service of the Airtel 4G hotspot. Airtel is offering a number of prepaid and postpaid plans for the 4G hotspot.

Airtel currently offers 4G hotspot services in all 22 telecom circles of the country, and recently launched its 4G services in Kargil, Dras and Leh in Ladakh region covering 130 towns and villages. In case, 4G network is not available in a circle, the hotspot will switch to 3G network.
