Micromax Selfie 3 with 16MP selfie camera, 3000mAh battery launched at Rs. 11,999

After releasing entry-level Bharat 3 and Bharat 4, Micromax is now launching a selfie-focused smartphone called Selfie 3.

As the name suggests, the Selfie 3 is designed for selfie-lovers, and comes with 16MP front facing camera with Samsung sensor and dedicated flash unit for better selfies in low-light conditions. The main camera at the back is a 13MP Sony sensor with LED flash. The cameras boast features like Auto Scene Detection, Portrait mode, HDR mode and Night mode.

As for the other specifications, the Micromax Selfie 3 has 5-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display, and is equipped with 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB of expandable storage and 3000mAh battery.

Connectivity duties are handled by dual-SIM slots, microSD card slot, 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack. It runs Android Nougat and also includes a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Micromax Selfie 3 has been priced at Rs. 11,999 and will be available from offline stores across the country in Black and Blue color.
