Xiaomi Mi 3 Returns One Last Time, To Go On Flash Sale Via Flipkart On January 26 In India

Chinese handset maker Xiaomi is offering one last shot  to grab the Mi 3 Smartphone to Indian fans. On Republic day, January 26, Xiaomi will hold one last flash sale of Xiaomi Mi 3 via Flipkart. 

The announcement was made on Xiaomi's Facebook page which reads, "Good news! Mi 3* will be available this coming Republic Day and it will be a one-day only event." The flash sale will take place at 5PM via flipkart on January 26. You will have to perform a few tasks if you want to buy the handset- 

1.  Like and Share this post and tag atleast 3 friends
2. On 26 January, 12 noon submit your Flipkart registered e-mail address at this link http://promo.mi.com/webfile/globalweb/in/hd/mi3/index.html . Note: Registration window timings 12pm to 2pm, 26 January
3. Long into Flipkart.com at 5PM on the same day -  if you were fast enough to sign up, you will find the device in your cart
4. Complete the transactions

There is no details on how many units will go on sale but on its Facebook page, Xiaomi mentions that the quantity will be limited  and the handsets will be sold on first-come-first-serve basis till stocks last.

For those who dont know, The Xiaomi Mi 3 features a 5-inch full HD IPS display and is powered by 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. It packs 2GB of RAM and comes with 16GB on board storage with no microSD card support. Its runs Android KitKat 4.4 with Xioami's MIUI skin on top.

Camera features inlude 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, A-GPS and micro USB port. The handset is backed by 3050mAh battery.

  

Xiaomi is all set to launch its 2014 flagship smartphone Mi 4 in India on January 28, The handset will be available in the country via Flipkart and is expected to be priced under Rs. 20,000.

In addition, Xiaomi as a part of Republic day  celebration [January 24 - January 26]  is holding  an open sale of Redmi Note 4G where you don't have to register to buy the handset.
