Micromax Joy X1800 and X1850 Launched In India For Rs. 699 and Rs. 749, Packed In Plastic Pouch

Micromax has launched two new feature phones dubbed Joy X1800 and X1850. Interestingly, the main highlight of the handset is not its design, camera, but its packaging. The Joy Series handsets comes in pouch packaging rather than box. Micromax claims that this is the first ever pouch packaging phones in Indian market.

Coming to the specs, the Joy X1800 and X1850 both feature 1.77-inch display QQVGA colour display with 128x160 pixels screen resolution, 0.8-megapixel rear camera, dual SIM support, Bluetooth 3.0, microSD card slot with expandable memory upto 4GB, FM Radio, flashlight and Bluetooth.
The Micromax Joy X1800 has a durable body, dust-proof keypad and is backed by 750mAh battery. On the other hand the Micromax Joy X1850 is backed by a 1800 mAh battery which is rated to deliver upto 25 days standby time and 7.5 hours talk time.

The Micromax Joy X1800 and Joy X1850 are priced at Rs. 699 and 749 respectively. The Micromax Joy X1800 is already on sale while the Micromax Joy X1850 will go on sale across India next week.
