Lenovo Pocket Projector is a mini portable 'theater'



Lenovo unvelied a 'smartphone crossover device' called Lenovo Pocket Projector alongside Vibe Shot and  A7000 smartphones at MWC 2015. 

Lenovo claims is to be the first standalone projector that is compatible with any Miracast or DLNA enabled Android, Windows 8.1 and iOS devices. You have to connect the projector to the compatible devices and and immediately it projects movies, photos and even business presentations. 

The Lenovo Pocket projector comes with 50-lumens high contrast display that offers colourful, vivid and bright  images and can be projected at up to 110-inches on screen or any surface in low-light conditions. The screen can rotate 90 degrees for best viewing angels. It includes a 90-degree hinge, a microSD card slot [Supports up to 32GB microSD cards]. The projector casts powerful sound with its dual-speakers.

The battery on the pocket projector  lasts up to 2.5 hours on a single charge. It measures 104mm (w) x 25mm (h) and weighs 170grams.

The Lenovo Pocket Projector will be available starting May for $249 (Rs. 15,000).
