Micromax Canvas Doodle 4, Unite 3 officially launched in India
Micromax has officially launched the Unite 3 Q372 and Canvas Doodle 4 Q391 smartphone in India. The Unite 3 went on sale earlier this month while the Canvas Doodle 4 went on sale a few days back.
Micromax Canvas Doodle 4 features 6-inch (960 x 540 pixels) qHD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood there is an 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6582M processor paired with 1GB RAM. The handset comes with 8GB internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and comes with dual-SIM support. Camera features include 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. On the connectivity front it supports 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS. A 3000mAh battery fuels the Canvas Doodle 4.
It comes pre-loaded with App center, Chaatz, Clean Master, Evernote, Hotstar, Housing, Mannons, Newshunt, Quickr, Skitch, Snapdeal and more apps.
The Micromax Canvas Doodle 4 comes in white color only and will be available across India via retail stores and e-commerce websites for Rs. 9,499.
Micromax Unite 3 is a dual-SIM smartphone and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop. It supports multiple languages and comes preloaded with support for 10 regional language that includes, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali and Marathi.
The phone has a new feature that lets users translate a message from English to the language of their choice and vice versa. It also comes with Firstouch App Bazar that offers more than 10,000 apps in regional languages. The patented regional keyboard with 'Matra' and word prediction has over 200,000 words for each pre-installed language, which lets you type quicker.
The Unite 3 sports 4.7-inch (800x480 pixels) WVGA IPS display with 16.7M color depth. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT 65282M processor paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. For storage expansion options there is a microSD card slot present which accepts up to 32GB microSD card. Camera features include 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera for taking selfies. On the connectivity front it supports 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. A 2000mAh battery fuels the Micromax Unite 3 that is rated to deliver up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 20 hours of standby time.
