Intex Aqua Dream II with 5.5-inch HD display launched for Rs. 7,190
Intex has added a new member to its Aqua family with the launch of Aqua Dream II in India. It is the successor to the Aqua Dream that was launched earlier this year. The handset is listed at the company website with full specs and pricing details. It comes with brushed metallic finish.
The Intex Aqua Dream II comes with 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display and is equipped with 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor with 1GB RAM, 8GB storage (microSD card support up to 32GB). It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat, has dual-SIM slot and supports 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB and Bluetooth. For imaging, it sports 8-megapixel rear auto-focus camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter. The camera comes with features like HDR, automatic scene, Panorama, continuous shots, colour effect, and freeze frame display. The handset sips juice from a 2300mAh battery which promises 10 hours of talk time and up to 250 hours of standby time.
By comparison, the Aqua Dream offered better specs. It packs 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT6592M) processor, 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front shooter, rest of the specs same. It costs Rs. 10,390.
The Intex Aqua Dream II comes in Black, Champagne, Silver color and costs 7,190.
