Lenovo Yoga 700 Windows 10 convertible laptops announced


Following the announcement of Yoga 900, Lenovo has announced the Yoga 700 convertible laptop. It comes in two sizes- 11.6-inch and 14-inch and runs Windows 10 Home Edition. The Yoga 700 flips Back 360 degrees offering four usage modes (laptop, stand, tent, tablet), letting users work, watch or play in a variety of scenarios.

The 11.6-inch Yoga 700 boasts Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels 10 point multi-touch display and powered by Intel Core m3 processor paired with Intel HD Graphics 515 and 4GB RAM. It has 128GB of solid state storage.

The 14-inch Yoga 700 also boasts Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display and is powered by sixth generation Intel Core i7 processor with 8GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 520 or an optional 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 940M graphics. It comes in two storage options- 128GB SSD or 256 SSD.


The Yoga 700 comes with 1-megapixel 720p HD webcam, 2 x USB 2.0 port (one supports DC-in function), 1 x USB 3.0 port, 4-in-1 card reader, Micro HDMI-out port, audio combo jack and stereo speakers with Dolby Home Theater. For wireless connectivity there is support for WiFi 802.11ac (dual band) and Bluetooth 4.0.

The Lenovo Yoga 700 11-inch and 14-inch prices start at $649 (Rs. 42,000) and $799 (Rs. 52,000) respectively and will roll out in November.
