Oppo Neo 7 with Snapdragon 410, 4G LTE announced
China-based Oppo has announced a brand new smartphone under its Neo series, the Neo 7. The smartphone is listed on the company website. It has a mirror-like finish on the back and a micro-arc frame with curved finish.
The Oppo Neo 7 features a 5-inch (qHD (960 x 540 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor paired with Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Color OS 2.1 on top.
For imaging, there is 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture and 5-megapixel front camera for clicking selfies. It comes with 4G connectivity including support for India’s FDD-LTE B3 and TDD-LTE B40 bands, and dual-SIM slots. There is also support for 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. It is fueled by 2420mAh battery.
The Oppo Neo 7 comes in Black and White colors. There is no details about pricing and availability on the Oppo Neo 7. The smartphone is expected to be launched in India later this week.
