LG G5 image shows dual camera set-up and metallic body


Details of LG G5, including specification, features, design and an image of the primary camera have been leaked online. The leaked image courtesy of a Reddit user got access to a prototype unit of the G5. 

The prototype device in the image sports a full metal body and is placed inside a black case, which is designed to obscure the design of the phone. However, the metallic body of the device can be seen through holes in the case.

We can also see the rear camera, which is a dual-camera setup. The G5 is rumored to feature 16-megapixel and 8-megapixel dual camera on the rear with Laser auto-focus and color spectrum sensor. The front facing camera will be of 8-megapixel. The leakster adds that the G5 will feature heart rate sensor fitted in the camera, as well as a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power butoon.

As per the leak, the LG G5 will feature 5.3-inch Quad HD display and will be powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC with Adreno 530 GPU and pack 3GB RAM. Other specs include IR blaster, USB Type-C port, and rear facing speaker. The battery will be non-removable, however, there there will be a microSD card slot.

The LG G5 is expected to be announced in February 2016.
