Huawei Honor 5X launched in India for Rs. 12,999



Huawei sub-brand Honor has launched the Honor 5X in India. The Honor 5X is the successor to the one of the most popular Honor 4X that was launched in India last year. 

It is priced at Rs. 12,999 and is now available for pre-order on Flipkart and Amazon India, and will go on sale from February 1. It comes in Gold and Silver, and Huawei is offering 15-month warranty and one month LCD replacement warranty with the handset.

The Honor 5X sports a premium metal body and comes with 5.5-inch 1080p IPS display, Snapdragon 615 SoC with Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage, 13MP rear with dual-LED flash & 5-megapixel front snapper, 4G LTE and 3000mAh battery. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with EMUI 3.1 on top and is equipped with Fingerprint 2.0 technology, which is said to unlock the device in just 0.5 seconds. The sensor is placed on the rear panel below the camera.
