Lenovo K3 Note re-branded as A7000 Turbo for offline stores, priced Rs. 10,999


Following the launch of K4 Note, Lenovo has launched the A7000 Turbo smartphone in India. The A7000 Turbo is not a new smartphone, instead the company has re-branded the K3 Note as A7000 Turbo and launched it via offline retail stores and company's Do Store. 

The specs are identical to that of K4 Note, but with a minor change, the dual SIM slots. In K3 Note the second SIM slot only supported 3G, and in the case of A7000 Turbo, the second SIM slot accepts 4G LTE, making it dual-SIM LTE support.

The Lenovo A7000 Turbo sports 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display (~401ppi) and is armed with 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor with Mali T760 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vibe UI out of the box.

For photography, there is 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Omnivision OV13850 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. For clicking selfies you get a 5-megapixel front snapper. Connectivty features inlcude 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG support. It is fueled by 2900mAh battery and the audio is powered by Dolby ATMOS.

The Lenovo A7000 Turbo is priced at Rs. 10,999, Rs. 1,000 higher than the K3 Note. It is up for pre-order on The Do Store, and will start shipping from January 13.
