New Apple Watch bands and WatchOS 2.2 coming this March, Apple Watch 2 in September
Besides details on the iPhone 5se, 9to5Mac also revealed details of the existing Apple Watch and Apple Watch 2. According to the report, Apple will release new watch band color variants in March this year. The company will team up with fashion firms in developing bands made out of new materials.
The report also mentions that the WatchOS 2.2 update will be released in March. To recall, the watchOS 2.2 beta was made available to developers last week, that comes with the ability to pair multiple Apple Watches to single iPhone and adds few tweaks to Maps app.
Finally the report says that the Apple Watch 2 will be officially announced in September 2016. As per rumors, the Apple Watch 2 will feature FaceTime camera support, built-in WiFi and new health-tracking capabilities.
