HCL Care launches exclusive Experience Service Centres for Xiaomi

In a bid to expand its after sales service in India, Xiaomi has partnered with HCL care and announced exclusive Experience Service Centers in the country for servicing Xiaomi smartphones. The service center will provide one-stop solution for services, accessories and insurance requirements for Xiaomi customers, says HCL Care.

These service centers will be initially available in 28 cities, including all Tier-I cities of North and East India, and major Tier-II cities across the country. HCL care has a network of more than 37 Xiaomi Exclusive service centers in 28 cities across the country with a total work force of 250.

In the next five months HCL Care plans to launch a total of 40 Xiaomi-exclusive service centers. HCL Care says that its service centers for Xiaomi devices will be capable of handling more than 43,000 calls withing the next two years.

HCL Care is also looking to expand its services for Xiaomi in Western and Southern part of India India.
