MSI Vortex Gaming Tower comes with dual NVIDIA graphics cards

Earlier this year at CES 2016, MSI unveiled a powerful gaming PC called Vortex Gaming Tower. Now MSI has announced the specifications, pricing and availability details of the Cylindrical shaped PC.

The MSI Vortex measures just 10.6-inches tall, weighs under nine pounds and packs powerful hardware including Intel's Core i7 6700K Skylake processor, and comes with up to 32GB RAM and dual NVIDIA GeForce Graphics.

The base model comes with 16GB RAM ( 2 x 8GB), two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 graphics, and is priced at $2199, while the high end model comes with 32GB RAM (4 x 8GB) and two NVIDIA GeForce GTX980 graphics, and costs 3,199.

Both models include two 128GB PCIe solid state drives for 256GB of Super RAID 4 storage, and 1TB 7200 RPM SATA hard drive. The Vortex comes with 2 x Thunderbolt ports, 2 x HDMI 1.4 ports, 2 x mini DisplayPorts, 4 x USB 3.0 ports and 2 x Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet controllers.

Thanks to the Thunderbolt, DisplayPort and HDMI ports, the Vortex's GPU is capable of powering up to six displays at once. It also comes with a vortex style cooling system which drives hot air out through vents at the top of the case, and has a built-in 450 watts power supply.

The MSI Vortex is now available in the U.S and can be ordered from Amazon.
