vivo Y31L launched in India for Rs. 9,450
Chinese smartphone maker vivo, recently received a lot of attention for its Xplay5 handset, as it was the first phone to pack a massive 6GB RAM. This was followed by a silent launch of mid-range handset, the Y31A in China, and now the brand has launched Y31L in India, which is also a sucessor of the Y31.
The vivo Y31L sports a 4.7-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage with microSD card expansion support up to 128GB.
For imaging it gets a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and 5-megapixel front snapper for clicking selfies and video calling. It comes with smart camera features like Palm Capture and Voice Capture (by saying Cheese).
The dual-SIM phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based FunTouch 2.1 OS and supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Blutooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. It is fueled by a 2100mAh battery.
By comparison, the recently launched Y31A featured 2-megapixel front camera and a slightly bigger 2200mAh battery, rest of the specs being same.
The vivo Y31L is priced at Rs. 9,450 and will be available via offline and online stores across the country by end of this month. It comes in White and Black color.
