Corning launches MASTERPIX in India, lets you print photos on Gorilla Glass

U.S based company, Corning, best known for scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass has launched its MASTERPIX fine glass prints service in India, that will allow users to get photographs printed on a sheet of Corning Gorilla Glass.

MASTERPIX prints the photos on a thin durable Gorilla Glass using UV-curved inks. Corning says that the resulting prints are scratch resistant, stain resistant, long lasting easy to clean and of archival quality. The prints can be displayed in a table top stand, mounted to a wall or placed in a standard picture frame. The service can also be used to make business cards.

“MASTERPIX adds value to consumers, wedding planners, photographers, high-end printers, art curators, architects and interior designers. MASTERPIX prints can be given as gifts for weddings, retirements and graduations. They can also be used as business cards,” said the company.

To get your photos on MASTERPIX, you'll have to visit in.masterpix.com, upload the image you want to get printed, choose the size and make the payment.

MASTERPIX come in six different sizes ranging from 4" x 6" to 55" x 48", and are available in two glass finishes - glossy and matte. Prices for the gloss finish starts at Rs. 629 (4" x 6"), and goes up to Rs. 51,099 (55" x 48"), while the matte finish starts at Rs. 819 (4" x 6") and goes up to Rs. 73,999 (55" x 48").
