HTC 10 poses for the camera, promo video surfaces


The HTC 10 has leaked again in a couple of live images, which shows the front and back of the phone, and is in line with previously leaked images. In additon, the promo video of HTC 10 also leaked online, which again confirms the design of the handset.

The image and video shows the broad chamfered edges of the HTC 10 along with the metal body. On the back there is a slightly protruding camera with dual-LED flash, and the antenaa line is visible on the top and botton. On the front we can see the physical home button below the display, same as the One A9, along with two capcitive button on either side. The home button will double up as fingerprint sensor. Also on the front are the front facing camera and speakers w/ built-in ear piece. The speaker and the charging port, which is USB Type-C are at the bottom.

Meanwhile ROM developer, LlabTooFeR has revealed the the HTC 10 will have two models – 2PS620000 for the International EMEA and carriers and 2PS650000 for US Carriers and Developer edition. The difference between these two models are the supported networks and LTE bands.

Based on earlier rumors, the HTC 10 specs include a 5.15-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 display, Snapdragon 820 SoC w/ Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 12.3MP Sony IMX377 rear camera, 5-Ultrapixel front camera with OIS, USB Type-C port and 3000mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense 8 UI on top.

The HTC will be officially unveiled at an online event on April 12, and is rumored to start shipping from May.
