Huawei Honor V8 with dual-camera setup spotted on TENAA


Huawei's upcoming Honor V8 smartphone has been spotted on Chinese regulatory TENAA, revealing the specs, and giving us the first look at the smartphone from various angles. According to TENAA, Honor V8 will come in three variants, KNT-AL20, KNT-AL10 and KNT-TL10.

While the KNT-AL10 and KNT-TL-10 will differ in color options and have the same specs, the KNT-AL20 model will feature an upgraded screen resolution, processor and storage.

The KNT-AL10 and KNT-TL10 models will have 5.7-inch 1080p display, 2.3GHz octa-core Kirin 950 SoC and 32GB storage. On the other hand The KNT-AL20 will feature 5.7-inch QHD display, 2.5GHz octa-core Kirin 955 SoC and 64GB storage. Rest of the specs of all three models will remain the same.

All three models will have 4GB RAM, 12MP dual rear cameras (w/dual LED flash, laser auto focus), 8MP front camera, 4G LTE, fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C, Dual-SIM/microSD card slot, NFC and a 3400mAh battery. The Honor V8 will run Android Marshmallow with EMUI on top and come in Gold, Rose Gold and Silver colors.

The Huawei Honor V8 will launch on May 10 in China, which is the same day Xiaomi will launch its phablet, the Mi Max.
