Videocon Krypton V50DA, Krypton V50DC launched at Rs. 5,999 and Rs. 6,099 respectively


The Videocon Krypton Z55 smartphone was launched in India last year in Decemeber, and now the company has expanded the Krypton family, with the launch of Krypton V50DA and Krypton V50DC. Both phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, support 3G connectivity and come with dual-SIM slots.

The Videocon Krypton V50DA comes with 5-inch FWVGA (854x480 pixels) IPS display and is equipped with 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor with 1GB and 8GB internal storage, which can be increased via microSD card (up to 32GB).

It gets a 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera. For connectivity there is 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and A-GPS support. It is fueled by 3000mAh battery, which offers 7.5 hours of talk-time and 280 hours of standby time.

The Videocon Krypton V50DC comes with improved camera, while the rest of the specs including display, battery, processor, RAM, connectivity and storage being identical to Krypton V50DA. It gets 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera.

The Videocon Krypton V50DA and V50DC are priced at Rs. 5,999 and Rs. 6,099 respectively, and will be available in the country across channels.
