Alcatel Pop Star launched in India for Rs. 6,999

Alcatel has launched a new affordable 4G smartphone in India dubbed Pop Star. It is priced at Rs. 6,999 and is now available for purchase exclusively from Gadgets360 in Metal Gold and Metal silver colors.

The Alcatel Pop Star comes with 5-inch HD (720p) display, 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor w/ Mali T720 GPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera w/ LED flash, 5MP front camera and 2000mAh battery. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Alcatel says that the curved back cover with elegant slim edges will offer a sturdy hold grip.
