Lava A79 with 5.5-inch display, front facing flash launched at Rs. 5,699

Lava latest budget offering to Indian customers is the 5.5-inch A79, that comes at an affordable price. The mobile phone also comes with 2-megapixel front camera with flash, that should offer better selfies at low light condition. The primary camera is 5-megapixel and is also accompanied by an LED flash.

Apart from 5.5-inch display and 5MP/2M camera, the A79 is equipped with 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal expandable storage (up to 32GB) and packs 2200mAh battery. The dual-SIM phone runs Android Lollipop and supports 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity.

The phone also comes with features like smart screen gestures, smart screen shot and a video PIP mode. With smart screen shot, you can capture screenshots of larger areas (scrolling webpages) that's not visible on screen.
