Meizu m3 note launched in India for Rs. 9,999


Chinese smartphone maker Meizu has launched the m3 note in India for Rs. 9,999. It will be available exclusively from Amazon India via flash sale starting May 31, for which the registrations are now open.

The Meizu m3 note was launched in China last month and is successor of the m2 note. It comes with a fingerprint scanner, a more powerful processor and a bigger battery than its predecessor. Design-wise, it sports a metal unibody design and comes with mTouch v2.0 home button which doubles as fingerprint scanner.

The m3 note comes with 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor backed by Mali T860 GPU and 3GB RAM. On-board storage is 32GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card. It gets 13MP rear camera (w/ dual-tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, PDAF) and 5MP selfie camera. Other features include 4G LTE, hybrid-dual-SIM slots, WiFi and 4100mAh battery. It runs Flyme OS 5.1 which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The Meizu m3 note will be competing  with LeEco Le 1s Eco, LeEco Le 1s and Redmi Note 3 in the budget market segment.
