Moto G4 Play with Snapdragon 410 SoC, 2800mAh battery announced
Motorola (owned by Lenovo) earlier today introduced the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus in India. The brand also launched Moto G4 Play, a cheaper variant of Moto G4.
The Moto G Play comes with 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS connectivity.
For photography, it gets 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 1080p video recording, and 5-megapixel selfie camera. It is fueled by 2800mAh battery with Quick Charge support and the body is splash proof.
The Moto G4 Play will be available globally starting later this summer. It comes in Black color and there is no word on pricing.
