Biostar unveils Racing P1 mini PC powered by Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Processor
Biostar known for its motherboard and graphics card, at Computex 2016 unveiled its first small factor PC dubbed Racing P1. The mini PC is expected to be available in Q3 2016 and will be priced under $200 (without operating system).
Similar to other small factor PCs, the Biostar Racing F1 it is easy to carry around and to get a full fledged PC experience, it has to be connected to a TV screen or monitor (via HDMI). To connect peripherals like mouse, keyboard, headphone, the Racing F1 offers multiple USB ports.
The Biostar Racing P1 is powered by an Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Cherry Trail processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which be further expanded via microSD card. It includes a USB 3.0 port, 6 x USB 2.0 ports, HDMI port, Ethernet jacks, WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0 for connectivity purpose.
One of the unique feature of the Racing P1 is the RGB LED behind the logo on the top of the PC that can be customized to display different colors.
