Xbox One S leaked image shows smaller 4K console
Ahead of Microsoft's E3 2016 press event, images of the company's next generation Xbox console has surfaced in images. Called Xbox One S, the new gaming console will be smaller, slimmer version of the Xbox One.
The Xbox One S will be 40 percent smaller than the original Xbox One and will support 4K Ultra HD video, HDR (High Dynamic Range) and have 2TB internal hard drive. The new console will also have a vertical stand and a streamlined controller.
The current Xbox One has USB port on the side, whereas Xbox One S will have the USB port on the front. Reports also suggest that the power supply for the Xbox One S is built-in, as opposed to sizable external power brick on the current Xbox One model.
Xbox One S will not exactly Microsoft's next-generation gaming console, but an upgraded version of Xbox One with new design and some new features.
There's no word on the pricing and availability of the new Xbox, but we can expect to hear more at E3 2016.
