Just a few days back, HP at IFA 2016, introduced two new compact Windows 10 desktop PCs with unique designs called Pavilion Wave, a tower PC and Elite Slice, a modular PC with stackable components. Now both the desktop PCs have been launched in India.

The HP Pavilion Wave has a triangular shape and packs parabolic reflector with an integrated speaker on top to help dissipate heat and deliver 360-degree sound. The triangular design houses three core components: the motherboard on one side, the HDD on the second drive and thermals on the third side. The PC can support two 4K monitors simultaneously.

The HP Elite Slice, on the other hand has a cable-less modular design that weighs around 1kg. It comes with stackable modules for added functionality such as Collaboration Cover, Wireless Charging cover (available H1 2017), Audio Module powered by Bang & Olufsen and ODD (optical disk drive) module. Each modules connect to the other via USB Type-C like port called HP Slice connector.

HP also launched the Elite Slice for Meeting Rooms solution, a conferencing room PC that includes HP Collaboration Cover, Audio Module and Intel Unite software to offer Skype for business conferencing.
