Intex Aqua Pro 4G, Aqua Eco 3G entry-level smartphones launched


Following the launch of 4G VoLTE enabled Aqua Strong 5.2 and Aqua Raze II, Intex has added two more smartphones to its Aqua lineup: Aqua Pro 4G and Aqua Eco 3G.

The Intex Aqua Pro 4G comes with 4.5-inch FWVGA display bearing the resolution 480 x 854 pixels and is powered  by 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A processor paired with Mali 400 GPU and 1GB RAM. It has 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot for storage expansion, and runs Android 6.0 Marshamllow.

For photography there's 5MP rear camera with LED flash and 2MP selfie camera. The dual SIM phone supports 4G with VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is backed by 3200mAh battery, which is rated to deliver five hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time.

The Intex Aqua Pro 4G is priced at Rs. 5,390 and comes in White, Dark Blue and Champagne colors.

The Intex Aqua Eco 3G on the other hand is a 3G version of Aqua Eco 4G which was launched back in August. The Aqua Eco 3G offers out dated specs, but has an very affordable tag attached to it. Running the dated Android 4.4 KitKat the Aqua Eco 3G  has 4-inch 800 x 480 display, 1GHz dual-core MediaTek processor, 256MB RAM, 512MB storage, microSD card slot for storage expansion, VGA (0.3MP) rear and front camera, rear LED flash, dual-SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 1400mAh battery which promises five hours of talk time and up to 220 hours of stanby time.

The Aqua Eco 3G is priced at Rs. 2,400 and comes in Black, White and Blue colors.

Both the Aqua Pro 4G and Aqua Eco 3G are listed on the company website and will go on sale soon across the country via offline and online channels.
